Tennessee on January 05. The police officer from Metro Nashville Police killed
Mark Capps, 54 years of age, armed with a pistol. According to the officer,
Capps’ movement posed an immediate and imminent threat, and they fired. The
wife of the suspect was 60 years old with a 23-year-old stepdaughter. They told
the police that they were held at home at gunpoint. Sadly, this story ends with
